Welcome to the City of Pasadena Water Paperless Billing Portal. Please review the below to explain the Terms and Conditions of Water Billing’s Online service.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

• When you click the “I Agree” button below, you will be agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, and you will no longer receive a paper bill from Water Billing. • If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, click the “I Disagree” button which will allow you to stop this process and continue to receive paper bills. E-Bill View – Viewing your bills through Water Billing Online

• You agree to electronically receive your bill and view your account. You may also receive other information that would have been sent with your paper bill, such as bill inserts. • You agree that as the account holder, it is your responsibility to ensure your email address is current. • You understand that you may cancel this electronic billing option and revert to receiving a paper bill by mail. Once your account has reverted to receiving a paper bill, you will no longer receive eBill notifications. • You understand that the City of Pasadena will never send you an e-mail requesting to validate personal information. Once you have enrolled in Paperless Billing, you can update your personal information by logging into your account.
